When it comes to traditional Christmas breads, stollen is truly one of the classics.

This half day workshop will see you create a beautiful leavened  bread, enriched with citrus, dried fruit and a marzipan centre, and certain to make any Oma proud.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for 3 hours.
