Alessandro Frasca

I have always known that being in the kitchen, working with food is what

I want to do. Even as little boy I was always fascinated with what my

mum and grandma could do in the kitchen.

I come from Italy where we think and talk about food on daily basis. I

started as a pastry chef 30 years ago and have worked in classic pastry

shops in Milan.

20 years ago I have made a decision to come to London and get some

experience and new skills. I have worked in a number of great bakeries, restaurants and hotels here where I learned a lot about breads, cooking and confectionery.

I am self-motivated and I like to challenge myself at new tasks, this is why I decided to become a teacher.
