A delicious and versatile way to cook chicken, the perfect dish for warmer days.

Learn to create a classic chicken Schnitzel which you can then enjoy any number of ways. We’ll be serving ours with seasonal pickled radishes but this makes a wonderful sandwich filling, to be enjoyed with salad or even pasta. You’ll learn how to prepare the meat, breadcrumb and cook the fillets to perfection.

Alongside the chicken you’ll make vibrant and crunchy pickled radishes, these are a great partner for the crispy chicken. You can eat these alongside the chicken, pop them into a sandwich or brighten a salad. Pickling is a fantastic method to preserve the season’s produce, alongside our expert Chef you’ll get to grips with the technique.
