Create an Asian-inspired vegetarian dish in less than 90 minutes using our star ingredient – butternut squash.

As the season changes, so do our recipes and in this online workshop, you’ll learn how to prepare autumnal butternut squash, to make the most of its flavour.

Our expert chef will demonstrate how to make a delicious glaze using classic Asian ingredients, which will also work perfectly with chicken or prawns should you prefer. We’ll also show you our technique for cooking perfectly fluffy rice, which is the ideal accompaniment to this easy-to-make dish.

The workshop will last approximately 1-1.5 hours.
