Try our Asian inspired twist on a classic trout fillet and seasonal vegetables.

Typically the trout would take centre stage in this dish, but we’re giving the humble garden pea a punchy update. You’ll create a wasabi infused pea puree that will become the basis of this Asian inspired dish. Jersey Royals have a relatively short season, but are not to be missed! We’ll be serving our perfectly seasoned spuds alongside the peas and trout.

Trout is an incredibly versatile fish and can easily carry the vibrant flavours of this dish. Learn to season, pan fry to perfection and plate fillet of trout with our expert chef. By the end of this masterclass you’ll have an impressive dish you’d happily serve at your next dinner party.
