The technique to master a classic risotto can be wonderfully simple when you know the key steps. Alongside our expert chefs you’ll be guided in recognising those crucial moments, the techniques for infusing the best flavour and of course cooking your risotto for the perfect bite.

This month we’ll celebrate spring vegetables, with the risotto providing a wonderful base for showcasing the best of the season’s produce. Once you adopt the method you can experiment with flavours and additions through the seasons.
The workshop will last approximately 1-1.5 hours.
