Learn to make a classic French spring vegetable ragout.

In this online workshop, we’ll turn our hands to working with seasonal vegetables that may not be as familiar to home cooks. Using seasonal turnip and artichoke, our expert chef will demonstrate how to prepare these to get the most from their flavour. In true French fashion, you’ll also use plenty of garlic, onion and herbs to create a delicious one-pot stew.

We’ll be serving our vegetable ragout with a tasty homemade garlic aioli, but it can also be paired beautifully with roast Spring lamb or a herby roast chicken.

This is a light summer dish bursting with flavour that can be created in less than 90 minutes.
