Tartiflette is a classic French dish, rustic, hearty and the perfect meal for those chilly winter evenings. We will be updating the traditional version and using turnips in place of potatoes. We love this seasonal winter vegetable which often gets overlooked, and the result is a (slightly) lighter finish.

No tartiflette would be complete without a generous serving of Reblochon cheese for that distinct flavour. We’ll be serving the tartiflette with an endive salad, the ideal partner to cut through the richness of this meal. By the end of the session you’ll have a hearty meal that’s pure comfort this time of year.
