Create this simple summer dish for a quick midweek meal using seasonal vegetables and classic Asian flavours.

Alongside our expert chef, we’ll create a delicious sauce using fresh herbs like lemongrass and coriander to create the perfectly balanced Vietnamese Bun Cha.

In typical Asian style, we’ll work with tofu,  giving it a crispy outer texture and our vegetables will be served on a bed of dressed vermicelli noodles, making this a perfect light dinner for those hot summer days.

In less than 90 minutes, you’ll master this refreshing meal that is packed full of zingy summer flavour!
