A Season’s Eatings Asparagus and Hollandaise Tart with Roast Beetroot Salad

Learn to make a lovely delicate tart and make the most of the short asparagus season!
In this class, you’ll pair seasonal asparagus with a delicious homemade hollandaise sauce for a luxurious twist on a classic tart. This is also a great opportunity to perfect your pastry skills. We’ll be preparing the pastry ahead of the class, and also blind baking the pastry case – all with the guidance of our expert chef. To accompany the tart, you’ll prepare a roast beetroot salad – keeping it simple with just some leaves, beetroot and toasted pecans.
By the end of the class you will have two distinct veggie dishes – perfect for picnics or serve warm for dinner.
