Two classic breakfast bakes you must try.

If you’ve not heard of Aberdeen butteries then you’re in for a treat, a laminated style dough that has a similar flake and quality to croissants. They are however a little easier to master and are just as delicious. We’ll be making homemade jam to serve alongside our butteries, the perfect combination.

As a savoury side you’ll be making potato farls, a typical quick bread that’s loaded with potatoes, onions and cooked in the pan. You can enjoy these hot from the pan or serve them with a poached egg for the ultimate breakfast.

During the live workshop we will bake: ABERDEEN BUTTERIES, JAM & POTATO FARLS



The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed.

Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2 – 2.5 hours.
