CLASSIC AMERICAN BAKING

You’ll learn to bake our favourite American bakes, from bread to pies and cookies in just 2.5 hours.

We’re always inspired by the diversity of influences on American food and baking. From German and Italian breads to Polish sweets and cakes, US bakeries are brimming with incredible recipes. We’ve collected our favourite items from across the US in this online baking workshop.

Alongside our expert bakers you’ll learn to make the softest burger rolls, develop your bread making skills with our simple and fool proof recipe. For those looking to develop their pastry techniques, we’ll be making a classic pecan pie, master sweet pastry with us and the iconic black and white cookies; a shortbread like biscuit.

During the live baking workshop we will make: HOT DOG/BURGER ROLLS, PECAN PIE & BLACK & WHITE COOKIES.

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand.

Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2– 2 .5 hours.
