The Ancient Grains Workshop gives us a chance to experience the breads our ancestors were eating, this workshop pulls the heritage flours from the past and gives them a long overdue revival. You will learn how to make a spelt, buckwheat & honey loaf, a khorasan tear & share bread and lastly an ancient einkorn flatbread. Focusing on spelt, buckweat, khorasan and einkorn flour we explore how these flours give us back all the health benefits sadly missing from their over produced cousins.
