Join us as we guide you through the process of making a classic brioche dough.
In February we’ll be focussing on all things enriched dough, this live online session will be dedicated to the traditional butter rich recipe and method. You’ll create a brioche dough across two days, during the live session along with our expert baker you’ll make the apple filling, crumble and custard before learning to shape, prove and perfectly bake the buns.
By the end of this class you will have gained a thorough understanding of working with brioche dough, from the mixing, to proving and shaping techniques – not to mention the delicious apple and custard filled buns you’ll have to enjoy.
You will mix the dough in your own time the day before the workshop – members have access to our brioche video masterclass as a point of reference.
Workshop suitability
The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed.

The workshop will last approximately 2 – 2.5 hours.
