We’ve been producing sourdough at Bread Ahead since day one. The depth of flavour and texture are more than worth the effort that goes into each and every loaf. We’ve selected two of our favourite sourdoughs of the moment and our classic 100% rye sourdough. The raisin loaf is a real treat with lashings of butter or a healthy slab of salty mature cheddar. Just delicious.
Best enjoyed on the day of delivery/collection, or you can slice and freeze for up to one month.
100% rye:100% Austrian Rye organic flour, water, salt
multigrain & fennel: 80%Strong White flour, 10% wholemeal flour, 10% rye flour, white starter, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, fennel seeds, oat flakes, water, salt, semolina
raisin loaf: strong white flour, wholemeal flour, raisins, rye starter, water, salt, honey, semolina
