An online exclusive and brand new product in the Bread Ahead bakery and school, we will be teaching you how to make Matthew’s signature chocolate Babka and traditional challah bread. If you want to learn how to truly impress your friends and family or you’ve wanted to really develop your skills making decorative breads this book is a must. We’ll ease you in with a delicious 2 strand chocolate babka working up to master a 6 strand plaited challah.

During the 2.5 hour live workshop we will bake: CHOCOLATE BABKA, CHALLAH BREAD.

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed. The workshop requires some preparation of ingredients and doughs prior to the event, your workbook includes a complete shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2.5 hours.
