New York, New York, so good they baked it twice… that’s right it’s bagels and pretzels, this New York duo that are simply a joy to bake at home. If you’ve never had the pleasure of eating a freshly baked bagel or pretzel this workbook is a must for you. Our expert bakers will take you through each stage of creating these classic treats, from the kneading, shaping, boiling and baking.

During the 2.5 hour live workshop we will bake: BAGELS, PRETZELS. 

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed. Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2.5 hours.
