Introducing the ultimate workshop for Bread Bakers!

Our latest full day workshop explores various aspects of bread baking to give you a complete understanding of lean and enriched doughs, plus a variety of shaping techniques across both sweet and savoury breads. Over the course of the day our expert baker will guide you through the mixing, kneading, shaping and baking process of the following breads: classic French baguettes, 100% wholemeal loaf, focaccia, milk buns and a chocolate filled babka loaf.

This will be the first time we’re delivering this class to the public, so this is a fantastic opportunity to learn directly from our expert baker at a fantastic price, not to mention all of the delicious bakes you’ll be taking home with you.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of baking skill, but we do recommend some prior experience with bread baking to get the most out of the content.

This course uses wheat, dairy and egg. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes. For more information regarding our ingredients, please contact us before booking your course.
