All along the British Isles tea time is a sacred custom, we can barely resist the temptation of a freshly brewed pot of tea and a delicious bake still warm from the oven.
On this half day workshop you’ll be baking the essential elements for a Best of British tea time, a classic white tin loaf; the beginning of any great sandwich starts with the bread. Moving onto the sweet we’ll be making fruit laden teacakes and of course no brew is complete without scones.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for 3 hours.
Allergen information: this course uses wheat, dairy, egg, nuts and sulphites. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.
