Experience Bread Ahead Doughnut Magic first hand, with this completely interactive bakery experience.

Spend 90 minutes with Matthew Jones, owner and founder of Bread Ahead in his bakery. During this time you will be treated to the ultimate doughnut experience. You will be personally guided by Matthew through the various stages of the creation of these legendary sweet treats, and of course, at the end you will get to taste and enjoy beautiful Bread Ahead doughnuts crafted by yourself.

All attendees will receive a signed copy of the Bread Ahead recipe book “Bakery School” and a box of four complimentary doughnuts.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for 90 minutes.

Allergen information: this course uses wheat, dairy and egg. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.
