Master the techniques for baking the lightest sponges and the most delicious and professional finishing touches. Elevate your cake baking with Bread Ahead expert bakers.

During the 2.5 hour live workshop we will bake: MATTHEW’S CHOCOLATE CAKE, CHOCOLATE GANACHE, VICTORIA SPONGE, SWISS ROLL, RASPBERRY JAM, BUTTERCREAM.

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils. But you may find these recipes easier to produce with an electric mixer if you have one. Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2.5 hours.
