Waking up to the smell of freshly baked bread is in our opinion the best way to start your weekend. We’ve selected three of our favourite breads that will really develop your baking skills AND create a beautiful brunch spread.

In this live workshop you will poach and bake bagels, make English muffins with an enriched dough  and produce a savoury wholemeal loaf studded with fruit, nuts and oats.

During the live baking workshop we will bake: BAGELS, ENGLISH MUFFINS & OAT, PECAN & RAISIN LOAF.

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed.  Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2 – 2.5 hours.
