Experience a full-circle approach to creating delicious soft cheese, butter, and bread. Craft fresh, cheeses from scratch and learn the secrets of using every last drop of the process. You’ll take home skills to impress, along with your own handmade cheese & butter! Turn excess whey from cheesemaking and buttermilk from homemade butter into rich, flavourful breads. You’ll knead, shape, and bake while embracing the power of sustainable, zero-waste baking.

In this full day workshop you will make; date soda bread, salted butter, soft goats cheese, herb dinner rolls, a rustic country bread, seeded fougasse and fresh labneh.

This course uses wheat, rye, dairy and egg. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes. For more information regarding our ingredients, please contact us before booking your course.
