High tea is the ultimate tribute to all things baked, from the top tier to the last crumb nothing compares to the complete bounty this British tradition has to offer.

The Bread Ahead Chelsea High Tea workshop will give you the skills to elevate your afternoon tea with some familiar and new inspiring flourishes to impress your friends and family.

Learn the art of enriched dough with lemon and poppy seed brioche rolls, two classics with a Bread Ahead twist; sweet cherry scones and lavender infused shortbread biscuits, decadent goats cheese and red onion swirls and generous cream filled profiteroles.

 

 

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience.

Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.
