Master these delicious traditional Chinese bakes with us. We’ll show you how to prepare and steam some wonderfully light sweet coconut buns, filled with a coconut custard you’ll make yourself. Savoury filled bao buns and some classic Hup Toh Soh, orange and walnut cookies traditionally enjoyed at Chinese New Year.

During the live baking workshop we will make: STEAMED COCONUT BUNS, BAO BUNS & WALNUT COOKIES.

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand.

Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2– 2 .5 hours.
