In this workshop, you’ll master chocolate pastry to create a mouth-watering chocolate hazelnut tartlet.

With the guidance of our expert baker, you’ll learn to make a cocoa infused sweet pastry which can be used for a number of different bakes. In this class, we’re making a chocolate hazelnut tart, a recipe served at our Tea House. 

You’ll also learn to create a caramel and a chocolate ganache to fill your tartlets. Two key elements in patisserie that will no doubt become part of your regular baking repertoire. By the end you’ll have an impressively finished tartlet, perfect for any special occasion!

During the live workshop we will bake: CHOCOLATE, HAZELNUT, CARAMEL & CHOCOLATE GANACHE TARTLETS.

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed.

Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2 – 2.5 hours.
