Learn to make perfect choux pastry in less than two hours.

You’ll learn how to create the perfect choux pastry batter, master the process before perfecting your piping skills. We’ll show you a number of piping techniques, fillings and how to bake your choux to absolute perfection. With our expert bakers on hand you’ll be guided through every step so you can confidently produce choux pastry every time. 

Use your new found skills to create profiteroles, eclairs, the classic Paris Brest or savoury gougères, the options with choux pastry are endless.

During the live baking workshop we will make: CHOUX BUNS & TWO CHOUX RINGS (for Paris Brest), CHOCOLATE & HAZELNUT FILLING

Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 1.5 hours.
