We’re huge fans of brioche at the best of times, but this orange and cranberry variation is a truly ingenious twist on the classic. In this half day workshop you’ll bake your own and be equipped to recreate it for some heavenly results on Christmas morning.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for 3 hours.

Allergen information: this course uses wheat, dairy, alcohol and sulphites. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.
