Put the cheer into your holiday baking with these fun and festive treats. Together with our expert bakers you’ll make an enriched dough loaded with dried fruits and plaited into a decorative edible wreath. We’ll also be baking a delicious apple frosty, a festive variation on a brioche loaf studded with apple and cinnamon.

During the 2.5 hour live workshop we will bake: VICTORIAN CHRISTMAS CROWN and an APPLE & CINNAMON FROSTY.

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed. Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2 – 2.5 hours.
