This full day workshop will have you producing some of England’s most beloved bakes.

You’ll be creating pasties with your own shortcrust pastry, not to mention the perfect British bap, an overnight white loaf and some supremely savoury scones. What’s not to like?!

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience, runs for 6½ hours and includes lunch.

Allergen information: this course uses wheat, dairy, mustard and egg. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.
