There’s no better way to share food with family and friends than with a tempting table of mixed mezze. Over the course of this online cooking class you’ll roast, chop and simmer your way to creating a variety of traditional Cypriot vegetarian dishes.

Alongside expert chef Mark you’ll learn to prepare several dishes, that although wonderfully simple to prepare are packed full of flavour. This workshop is ideal for entertaining, with the majority of dishes being prepared in advance and ready to serve when your guests arrive! From aubergine salad to classic butterbeans and plenty of Cypriot cheese all accompanied with a generous serving of pitta breads.

The workshop will last approximately 2-2.5 hours.
