Our doughnut workshop is without doubt one of our most popular baking courses. They are of course incredibly delicious but with a little guidance they are wonderfully simple to produce at home. Through the workbook and during your live workshop we will break down each of the steps so that you can master your very own.
During the 2 hour live workshop we will make: DOUGHNUTS, CRÈME PÂTISSIÈRE, RASPBERRY JAM.
The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed. At the school we use fryers, at home you will simply need a large heavy bottom saucepan. The workshop requires some preparation of ingredients and doughs prior to the event, we have included a helpful guide. Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2 hours.
