London’s favourite doughnut making workshop is now online, you can learn to make our signature Bread Ahead doughnuts and fillings from your own kitchen.
In just 2 hours you will master our classic doughnut dough and our customers’ favourite fillings; fresh vanilla custard and homemade raspberry jam. Not only will you make 6 generously filled doughnuts, but you’ll also learn how to use this dough to make exceptional burger buns or brioche loaves.
You could be creating the best tasting doughnuts in town, with the guidance of our expert bakers you’ll discover how wonderfully simple they are to produce at home. During the workshop we will break down each of the important steps and teach you the secrets behind making your very own Bread Ahead doughnut.
During the live workshop we will make: DOUGHNUTS, VANILLA CUSTARD, RASPBERRY JAM.
The workshop requires some preparation of ingredients and doughs prior to the event, we have included a helpful guide. Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list.The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed. At the school we use fryers, at home you will simply need a large heavy bottom saucepan.
The workshop will last approximately 2-2.5 hours.
