Learn to make our classic doughnut fillings in this exclusive online class.

If you’ve tried our doughnuts you’ll know that the filling is equally as important as the doughnut itself. In this online masterclass you’ll learn how we make our salted caramel custard filling and our incredibly popular chocolate velvet filling.

You’ll learn from our expert bakers how we make our perfectly smooth crèmes pâtissières, the base for our doughnuts but how you can use these delicious custards for a variety of other desserts.

During the live baking workshop we will make: SALTED CARAMEL CREAM & VELVET CHOCOLATE CREAM.



The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand.

Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 1.5 hours.
