Join us for this Easter Workshop where you’ll prepare some tasty treats –  traditional Hot Cross Buns as well as a deliciously filling Chocolate Babka which will both help to perfect your enriched dough making skills.

First you’ll learn to make our very own Bread Ahead hot cross buns – these will be both fluffy and mouth-watering with a generous helping of spices and citrus! They are perfect served warm with melting butter.

It wouldn’t be Easter without some chocolate and so our Expert Baker will take you through each step of creating a Chocolate Babka – a rich, buttery loaf. The Babka is also a visual treat, and you will learn to plait your dough so that the end results are beautiful swirls of chocolate through your loaf.

Serve up your Hot Cross Buns with butter, and present the Chocolate Babka as a tear-and-share centrepiece for your Easter visitors.
