We love Easter here at Bread Ahead and this year is no different. We have put together a very special Easter Baking Workshop for 2019, which is now open for enrollment.

Students on this workshop will learn how to bake some very new and exclusive products that we have developed  specifically for 2019.

Join us in learning how to create the gloriously sticky Easter Hot Cross Bun along with our new products – the Easter spiced cookie and a twist on a classic, the Orange Amaretti Biscuit.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for 3 hours.

Allergen information: this course uses wheat, dairy, egg, nuts (almonds) and sulphites (spices and dried fruit). Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.
