We love Easter here at Bread Ahead and this year is no different. We have put together a very special Easter Baking Workshop for 2020.

Nothing says Easter like a freshly baked hot cross bun, so what better way to spend your weekend than learning how to make these delicious seasonal bakes.

On this half day workshop we’ll teach how to make the perfect hot cross bun, a special Bread Ahead chocolate brioche Easter bun and our orange and ginger amaretti.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for 3 hours.

Allergen information: this course uses wheat, dairy, egg, nuts (almonds) and sulphites (spices and dried fruit). Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.
