Home baked breakfast treats in no time.

If you love fresh bakes in the morning, this is the course for you, both of these morning bakes can be prepared, baked and on the table in no time. We’ll be making fluffy English muffins, a classic treat that you can enjoy as they are with plenty of butter or topped with a poached egg and hollandaise.

You’ll also be making a batch of Welsh cakes, an enriched dough studded with dried fruits. They’re delicious warm from the pan with plenty of butter. By the end of this workshop you’ll have created two bakes to enjoy for breakfast everyday of the week.

During the live workshop we will bake: ENGLISH MUFFINS & WELSH CAKES



The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed.

Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2 – 2.5 hours.
