Make our seasonal Eton Mess doughnuts  

An online exclusive, learn exactly how we make our Eton Mess doughnuts. This classic Summer dessert makes the most delicious doughnut filling. 

Not only will you master our classic doughnut dough and our customers’ favourite filling; fresh vanilla custard you will also learn how we make our Summer special doughnut. We will make traditional meringue to be mixed into a delicious filling for our freshly fried doughnuts, add in some sweet British strawberries and you have yourself the most delicious Summer doughnut!

You could be creating the best tasting doughnuts in town, with the guidance of our expert bakers you’ll discover how wonderfully simple they are to produce at home. During the workshop we will break down each of the important steps and teach you the secrets behind making your very own Bread Ahead doughnut.

During the live workshop we will make: DOUGHNUTSVANILLA CUSTARDMERINGUES.

 

The workshop requires some preparation of ingredients and doughs prior to the event, we have included a helpful guide.  Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list.The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed. At the school we use fryers, at home you will simply need a large heavy bottom saucepan.

The doughnut workshop will last approximately 2.5-3 hours.
