A classic Irish bake and the perfect way to introduce children to real bread baking, we’ll be making Irish soda bread in honour of St Patrick himself. We will mix, knead, shape and bake our loaves together while we explain the science behind this unleavened bread. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get your hands messy, but trust us it will be worth it and the kids will absolutely want to make this one at home for you too.

One adult goes free for each child booked.


Allergen information: this course uses wheat, rye, dairy, egg, nuts and sulphites. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.
