Indulge in the magic of Christmas with our delightfully festive afternoon tea masterclass at The Tea House, Chelsea.

Over a full day, you will create a range of delicious treats, including bridge rolls, clementine and champagne posset, mini gâteaux pithivier, stilton sable, brandy-laced mincemeat scones, mixed jumble berry jam, and apple and plum chutney.

Our pastry chef will guide you through each step, ensuring you master the techniques needed to create these exquisite pastries and desserts. You’ll practise essential skills such as crafting enriched dough rolls for your sandwiches, working with laminated pastries, fundamentals such as jam and chutney making as well as a variety of pastry-based skills.

Spaces in this masterclass are limited to four so that you get an intimate and hands-on learning experience with our pastry chef. This is a unique opportunity to re-create and master the exact bakes and recipes we’ll be baking at The Tea House this festive season.

This course uses wheat, rye, dairy and egg. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes. For more information regarding our ingredients, please contact us before booking your course.
