Celebrate the season in our bakery school with a full day devoted to timeless festive baking. At the heart of the workshop is the Christmas cake – rich, spiced, and beautifully finished with royal icing, candied peel and pecans. Alongside it, we will prepare a sultana tin loaf, a classic bread and butter pudding, and spiced Christmas biscuits.
Throughout the day you’ll master traditional baking techniques – from fruit cake preparation to icing and decoration, working with enriched doughs, and crafting biscuits with balance and spice – giving you the skills and confidence to recreate these festive bakes at home.
Allergen information
This course uses wheat, dairy, egg and nuts. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes. For more information regarding our ingredients, please contact us before booking your course.
