When it comes to festive baking, some of our all time favourites come from Germany. In this class, you will learn to master three of them, something to please all of your guests with a poppy seed stollen, linzer cookies and spicy Pfeffernüsse biscuits.

Delve into crafting a Poppy Seed Stollen, a contemporary and visually stunning twist on the classic. You’ll master enriched dough, intricate plaiting, and expert bread-making techniques to create a ‘wow’ centrepiece for your festive table.

Learn to bake classic jam-filled Linzer Cookies, a traditional shortbread style, and discover Pfeffernüsse, small spiced biscuits boasting a beautiful soft, chewy texture. Both make ideal gifts!

This course uses wheat, rye, dairy and egg. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes. For more information regarding our ingredients, please contact us before booking your course.
