Italian cuisine will always serve as a wonderful source of inspiration and during the festive period we love to include classic Italian flavours in our baking. Alongside our expert bakery teachers you’ll bake a seasonal onion focaccia, which would make a delicious addition to a cheeseboard. A festive clementine and almond cake and some classic almond biscotti, delicious with a little digestif or after dinner coffee. Bellissimo.

During the live workshop we will make: ONION FOCACCIA, ALMOND & CLEMENTINE CAKE, ALMOND BISCOTTI.

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand.

Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2– 2 .5 hours.
