Italian cuisine will always serve as a wonderful source of inspiration and during the festive period we love to include classic Italian flavours in our baking. On this half day workshop you’ll bake a seasonal onion focaccia, which would make a delicious addition to a cheeseboard. A festive clementine and almond cake and some classic almond biscotti, delicious with a little digestif or after dinner coffee. Bellissimo.

This course uses wheat, dairy, egg, nuts and sulphites. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.
