We spend an awful lot of time thinking about the main event this time of year, but let us not forget the trimmings! No holiday celebration would be complete without some freshly baked savoury treats like our mouthwatering cheese twists or beautifully seasoned sausage rolls.

We’ve designed the ultimate workbook for whipping up your own rough puff pastry, cheese twists and sausage rolls all within 2.5 hours. We’ll also demo the all time classic party treat, vol au vents, once you master our speedy puff pastry recipe, the possibilities are endless. Believe us, it can be done!

During the 2.5 hour live workshop we will bake: ROUGH PUFF PASTRY, SAUSAGE ROLLS & CHEESE TWISTS.

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand, using domestic kitchen utensils, no specialist equipment is needed. Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2-2.5 hours.
