Spread holiday cheer by mastering and sharing three festive afternoon tea treats: clementine and champagne posset, sultana and almond biscotti, and festive sausage rolls.

In the surroundings of our beautiful Tea House, you’ll learn three different skills – working with laminated pastry, twice-baking your biscuit dough for the perfect biscotti and making a simple yet refined dessert. You’ll use suitably festive ingredients to create three distinct favours to accompany special moments throughout the holiday season.

This is a small class, allowing you to be carefully guided by our pastry chef and really upskill your baking.

By the end of this half-day workshop, you’ll have a stunning spread of festive treats to enjoy with friends and family.

This course uses wheat, rye, dairy and egg. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes. For more information regarding our ingredients, please contact us before booking your course.
