Join us for a half-day trial workshop and dive into the delicious world of Filipino baking!

You’ll learn to create three beloved staples from Filipino bakeries: Pan de Sal, Pan de Coco and Monggo Bread.

Pan de Sal is a soft and slightly sweet, Filipino bread roll, popular at breakfast time but also perfect as a sandwich base, we’ll use this dough to make our filled pan de coco rolls as well.

It wouldn’t be a Filipino baking workshop without ube, we’ll be creating a delicious twist on Monggo bread with an ube filled version – an enriched plaited loaf.

This special trial workshop is offered at a 50% discount, making it the perfect opportunity to explore new flavours.

Don’t miss your chance to bake these delightful Filipino treats!

Please note, this is a trial workshop and timings and bakes may differ and need to be adjusted as the workshop progresses.
