Master the lightest filo pastry with us.

With this wonderfully versatile pastry we’ll be making a Middle Eastern classic, baklava, laden with nuts and a lightly spiced glaze. You’ll learn to make our exquisite vegetarian samosas filled with potato and peas, all finished off with a spicy chilli dipping sauce.

During the live baking workshop we will make: FILO PASTRY, BAKLAVA, VEGETARIAN SAMOSAS & CHILLI DIPPING SAUCE.

The recipes are designed for bakers of all skill level and to be mixed by hand.

Your workbook includes a complete ingredients shopping and equipment list. The workshop will last approximately 2– 2 .5 hours.
