What better way to celebrate Friday night than with a proper fish and chips dinner! Our expert chef will guide you through every step, from the perfect batter for crispy fish fillets every time to the ultimate chips.

Of course no fish and chips dinner would be complete without tartare sauce. You’ll make your very own authentic tartare sauce from scratch, an essential skill for any aspiring home cook. Learn all the tips and tricks to create the most delicious Friday night fish and chips takeaway from home.

The workshop will last approximately 1-1.5 hours.
