Create a delicious menu ideal for entertaining!

In less than 90 minutes, prepare a mouth-watering menu of French classics made with easy to source ingredients. Master French staples including salmon rillettes for your starter, coq au vin for mains and creme brûlée for dessert.

You’ll get the chance to practise some key skills like jointing a chicken and browning the meat for maximum flavour in your coq au vin. 

Get to grips with poaching the salmon before adding herbs and cream to create the rillettes. In true French style, we’ll finish off our menu with a classic creme brûlée and you will learn how to bake the perfect custard with a rich and creamy consistency.
